Regulation
The Vagus Nerve, a cranial nerve that is responsible for many of the body functions related to regulation and anxiety.
Some individuals are struggling with regulation and anxiety as their primary issue, while for others, it is a secondary response generated largely by their processing differences. The effects of anxiety can be seen in even very young children. The smallest change in schedule or routine sends kids with anxiety into turmoil and may result in symptoms such as stomach aches.

Calming the nervous system and reducing a person's tendency to go into a reactive state will help reduce anxiety. Therapies improving the functioning of the Vagus nerve and stabilising the autonomic nervous system will help improve one's regulation and reduce the tendency to become anxious.
